I would refrain from such… but I suppose it's ok. It's better to ask a Scratch Team with Contact Us and ask them.

In that context, “He used to work in Hell,” then it would probably be OK. As long as you don't intentionally offend someone, it's fine. However, some people are sensitive to that kind of thing, so it might be wiser to simply say “He used to work in the Underworld,” or another word that is a synonym, or almost a synonym, for Hell.

Like I said, though, it's not really offensive if it's used in the right context. Some people are just more sensitive to those kinds of words, and Scratch has a huge variety of different people, so in general it's best to refrain from using them.

I think you should use “Heck” instead

I'd say yes, it's perfectly okay in said context.

In that context, I think it would be allowed.

I don't think you would be be offending anybody, so I it should be fine.

Like a town of that name? That's okay as long as you say that its a place that he worked.
