Scratch is really slow and glitchy. Some projects glitch my computer. This time speed things up 100 times faster.

The community has grown so much! A new server was definitely needed and stability should definitely be worked on before anything else.

Plus, you don't just “make a server”. Servers are REALLY expensive, actually (it can be up to 3000 dollars for just one!)

I don't see why MIT would give a bunch of money to the Lifelong Kindergarten Group just to make the pages load a couple of milliseconds faster. Scratch doesn't make any money besides donations, after all.

Sorry not a lot of new features - we're still focused on stability, and handling the increasing traffic. Once we get a handle on that, we'll be moving forward with changes to studios, and bug fixes.
