Probably but it won't be a direct convert. Maybe like convert to swf then a few more converts

I have no idea what 3ds is.
But for APK, use Junebeetle's SB2 -> SWF Converter, then use the Adobe AIR SDK to convert the SWF to a APK.

3ds files are probably just games you run on Nintendo 3DSs.

I very highly doubt the Nintendo 3DS can run Scratch projects, although you may find success using Phosphorus in the browser of the New 3DS. (the original model's browser can barely handle images)

Which browser did you use? I've gotten it working on an older generation iPad on Google Chrome before, so I assume it'd work just the same on Android.

I dont know if I typed it in wrong, but I simply use an app called “Internet”

I'd recommend using a more up-to-date internet browser like Chrome, Opera or Firefox. The native browser on your device probably scarcely gets updates.

You'll need to download and install it. To use it, you should be able to at least use the command line a little.
Then read this tutorial: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/air/build/WS901d38e593cd1bac25d3d8c712b2d86751e-8000.html
But rather than compiling a SWF using flex, use the converted SWF from junebeetle's converter.

I am still confused on the Adobe air SDK, is there another way?

Well for the 3ds has 2 screens so you would need 2 seperate projects, or a project that could split itself between 2 monitors.
I'm sure a 3DS has enough power to play Scratch games, as its capable at running games at 60fps (2D) and 30fps (3D) *cough* Ironfall Invasion *cough*.
You would need some way to convert the inputs into buttons through Scratch nativley, which I don't think possible, and cursors for the 2 circle pads.
And for communication with the 3DS (e.g saves, 2 screen sync, touchscreen, buttons) Scratch couldn't do that without being SERIOUSLY modded, and it would probably have to be open source, which Nintendo might not like.
Probably best to program your game with the 3DS SDK in C/C++
Sorry.

You should be able to do it on Android though.

That's the native Android browser, use chrome (maybe firefox, not sure haven't tested) if you want phosphorus to work, or just use puffin for flash and probably all that.

Well I did not really mean “Edit” a project. It might work with the “New 3ds” because people have been able to run WINDOWS 95 (Windows 95 is an operating system made in 1995) but it takes forever to load. I think it could happen… but it would be really slow.

Theoretically, the Nintendo 3DS should be able to run something as simple as 2D Scratch projects, but it's not as simple as that. Flash player is a resource beast, so there's no chance that'll run on the 3DS, even if there was a way to do it without hacking your device and risking bricking it. Secondly, even using Phosphorus, I highly doubt the 3DS browser would be able to run it due to Nintendo limiting how much of the system resources the browser can use. Besides, the Wii U browser often runs out of memory on Phosphorus for me, and I can tell you for sure that the Wii U browser is far superior to that of the 3DS.

The reason you see many games run 30+ fps on the 3DS is because they're all written natively and heavily optimized to run on it. Scratch projects aren't made to run on the 3DS, the buttons aren't programmed to trigger events in Scratch projects, and there's no official way to run them.

TL;DR, there is pretty much no way to get a Scratch project running on the 3DS right now. Android can be done with the Adobe Air SDK or by running the project in Phosphorus on a modern browser like Chrome, Firefox, Opera etc.

First, I never said “3d” and plus im talking about the new nintendo 3ds, I agree that it would probably be limited a lot. But I think with hacking and a very small animation, not a game, but I do agree most of it.

The 3DS uses the .cia file format to install files, but mainly runs games in the .3dsx format .cias are much easier to work with for homebrew however due to their torremt-like nature. (a .cia is not a torrent tho.)
