Remove the "Mad" Emoticon
No support. As others say, it can be used nicely, without intending to be mean to other users:^^^Ugh, my game crashed right as I was about to get a highscore!
That moment when you hate yourself for forgetting to do that REALLY important task until the last minute.
Plus, anything can be used hatefully. Here's two examples of bad comments:WHAT?! HOW DARE YOU SAY <thing> IS BAD!Either way this comment could start a flamewar.

I don't see how removing this will change anything.

In fact, it would be nice to have the smiley pictures removed from the forums because it interferes when trying to type “>

25% support. People could use the mad emoticon for other stuff than hate, as others have mentioned.
