Scroll Block
Lots of games of late use the scroll wheel on mouses. I personally like that, cause it is an easy control for selection, among other things. I personally would LOVE to see a 
<key [ Scroll Wheel Up ] pressed?>make it to scratch !

I can support! What if instead, though, the
<mouse down?>block was
<mouse button [left v]down?>in the blue of sensing?

That would work, but unless you had a scroll wheel that was pushable left and right, that wouldn't work…

What I was saying is a block that had the following:
<mouse button [left v] down?>
<mouse button [right v] down?>
<mouse button [scroll wheel v] down?>
and then maybe there could be
<scroll wheel turned [up v]?>
<scroll wheel turned [down v]?>
