Omg, a LOT of these posts are incorrect. For one thing, there are other giants out there besides Otis and Ephialtes! They were the giants from Luke's yacht. Second, it is obvious that Leo has the line,“An oath to keep with a final breath”. So he's the one that dies. (Or is he?) *wink wink*
Third, You really need to read the books before I come back here and tell you everything!

I got the last book the day it came out, and i can tell all of you that Leo deos not die, but but he geos missing and no one ever sees him again but one person, and i'm not telling who

Seven half-bloods must answer the call : Annabeth, Percy, Hazel, Frank, Jason, Piper,and Leo
To storm or fire the world must fall: Either Jason (storm) or Leo (fire)
An oath to keep with a final breath: Leo's oath to return to find Calypso
And foes bear arms to the doors of death: I'm not sure, but I'm guessing it has to do with Gaea's giants

Seven half-bloods shall answer the call. I think this means, obviously, the best of the best demigods, from any side, working together in harmony to defeat the enemy.
To storm or fire the world must fall. I think this means that the Mother Earth, will die at the hands of a child of fire, or a child of storm.
An oath to keep with a final breath, I think that this means that the oath is a promise to be forever kept, through the life or death of one of the 7.
And foes bear arms to the doors of death. I think that this means that the foe, Mother Earth, is using herself, the earth, to keep the doors open, even with death no longer captured.

Thanks for reading my opinion. Please take to mind that I read all of the books, but the prophecy does still not make total sense to me.

Well, I don't think that that entirely explains it. It does mean Mother Earth, Gaea, but it also means that Gaea is keeping the doors open with herself, the earth. And also that a child of storm, and a child of fire will kill her, and put her at peace with herself.

Percy and Annabeth go to Tarturus, they meet a titan, the meet a giant, and uh, the last book is boring

Anyways. I've read the whole series so SPOILER ALERT.

Seven halfbloods shall answer the call - the seven demigods are Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, Jason Grace, Leo Valdez, Piper McLean, Hazel Levesque, and Frank Zhang.

To storm or fire the world must fall - this statement actually means something very different from what it seems to mean. What it means is, to storm or fire (I think Jason or Leo) the World (as in Gaea) must fall.

An oath to keep with a final breath - when he left Ogygia, Leo swore on the River Styx that he would free Calypso from her prison. After cheating death, he did that.

And foes bear arms to the Doors of Death - after Percy and Annabeth fall into Tartarus in the House of Hades, they meet Bob (formerly Iapetus the Titan) and Damasen (a peaceful giant). It means that foes (as in demigods, a titan, and a giant) fight together at the Doors of Death, where Percy and Annabeth escape Tartarus.
