I figured it out: go to nostarch.com/scratch/ Download the files. Then when you press the upload button, the template will be in your downloads folder. Be sure to pick the one that says no programming.

Hmm, it seems it still exists when I visit the page. Perhaps your browser doesn't toggle downloads for zip files properly?

OK, WE DID ALL OF THAT, DOWNLOADED THE FILES, EXTRACTED THE FILES, TRIED TO UPLOAD THE FILES AND THE FILE FOLDERS WE JUST DOWNLOADED ARE EMPTY. PLEASE HELP.

WHEN I TRY TO UPLOAD IT TO THE ONLINE SCRATCH IT SHOWS AN EMPTY FOLDER, HOWEVER WE CAN OPEN THE GAME IN THE OFFLINE EDITOR.

If you are having trouble with uploading, try making a new project on the website, then use the

File - Upload from your computer

to replace the default project with one from your computer. You will be asked to confirm your choice, then it should pull it in. Good luck!
