While it might be nice to make Scratch projects on the Wii, I don't think Nintendo will agree to have their products execute code.

Might just have to save the project on the sd card, put it in the CPU, download the Wii project uploader, open a Wii Scratch Project File (.wiiscratch) and enter your Wii site username, password, and the name of the project, and that's it.
