download scratchNope. Downloading Scratch does not make you a scratcher. Also, the time to become a scratcher can vary. The minimum time to be a scratcher is 2 weeks.

how do you become a scratcherTo be a scratcher, you need to post lots of comments, make projects, and be active on this site! For more information, you can read this.
