Here I offer custom number display engines that can be used to display any number in your projects. By ordering a custom engine, you get only what you need and therefore, the greatest efficiency.

Ordering Your Custom Number Engine:

First, Choose a Template:

• Costumes: (numbers are shown using vector costumes which can come in a variety of fonts)
  

• Pen: (numbers are rendered in pen; comes in only one font; controllable pen color and thickness)
  

• Combined: (both Costumes and Pen)
  

All templates come with control over:

• X and Y position
  

• Size
  

• Alignment
  

• Spacing
  

Add-ons:

• Dragability: Allows you drag numbers with the mouse. You have the option between “Click, Drag, Click”, “Drag and Drop”, or both. (Costumes and Pen)
  

• Snap Points: Allows you to create points that numbers will snap to when being dragged. It also comes with customizable snap distance. (Costumes and Pen)
  

• Stamp on Stop: Gives the ability to stamp the number onto the screen when you stop displaying it. (Costumes only)
  

• Effects: This adds in blocks that allow you to easily change a number's graphic effects. Note that effects are already compatible with the raw template, but it is more efficient to implement them in this way if you plan on changing them frequently. (Costumes only)
  

Formatting:

• Significant Zeros: Gives the option to make a number have a specified number of digits after the decimal place. (ex. You specify 3 decimal places. 1.2 becomes 1.200, 1.23 becomes 1.230, and 1 becomes 1.000.
  

• Money: Gives the option to add a dollar sign to the number. (There is a chance that I could do euros and cents.)
  

• Commas: Gives the option to insert commas into large numbers. (Ex. 4589020 becomes 4,589,020.)
  

Choosing Your Fonts:
List the fonts you wish to have. Also specify what color you would like the font to be. (Black is default.)

• If you desire a font that is not on this list, I will import it for you into the engine as long as you provide a link to a project that contains it.
  

*This font is missing one or more of the following characters: , . $ -
It will be supplemented with these characters from a similar looking font.

Other Features:

If you have an idea for a feature that is not listed above, but would like to have it in your engine, please suggest it. I will do my best to make it happen.

Sample Order:

• Template: Costumes
  

• Add-ons: Dragability, Drag and Drop only, Stamp on Stop, Effects
  

• Formatting: Significant Zeros, Money
  

• Fonts: Helvetica and Donegal
  

• Font Color: Red
  

Orders:

• Most orders are completed within a week, but occasionally it may take two.
  

• Once you have placed your order, I will give you a more exact time frame in which your order will be completed.
  

• Please follow this topic at least until your order is completed to sort out any details with it.
  

• When it is finished, I will post a message on this thread and one on your profile.
  

• To download your engine, find it in this studio.
  

• As a bonus, all engines come with a personalized guide based on what the engine offers.

Disclaimer:

The Number Display Engine has been created with a sparse use of JSON modification to increase efficiency and improve the user interface. The support and functionality of these modifications on Scratch cannot be guaranteed for the future. If you want, you may request a version of the engine without a modified JSON. Also note that that the Number Display Engine is not guaranteed to work under all circumstances.

Since the default color of the costumes is black, the color effect will not work too well with it.
Is there a particular color you would like me to make the costumes so it works?
The engine was made with clones and costumes, but I will try to make a pen option.
Lastly, the engine always comes as one sprite with custom blocks. (You can look inside the demo project to see how it works)
