I lost the main sprite in a game and I couldn't get it back. I am new to this method but it is only choice. Please help me as I spent ages changing a improving it and it was my best remix yet. Please don't give full names on Scratch.

Anyway, this feature does not exist, and such an update would probably be hard, if not impossible, and it would likely take up a ton of space. However, sometimes, the developers of Scratch can help try to restore older versions of projects. Just ask the Scratch Team, and maybe they can take care of it.

How can I ask the scratch team?

That, or report the project, I believe.

As per above, only the ST can restore projects

But - as a quick suggestion to the OP - you might like to read the Project Downloading Scratch wiki article.

I'm sorry, there is no way to recover a project. In the future, liam48D recommends downloading a copy of the project so you don't lose it.

If a previous version of the project is on your computer, upload it to scratch

Click edit (a drop down in the top left corner of the screen) then click undelete.
