Remove sub-pixels 23:2 support ratio
I'm going to bump this because I hate the sub-pixels. A lot.

I've seen this when you make lines. The two ends of the line sometimes come out blurry from the sub-pixels. I hope they remove it soon, it can be frustrating.

I don't actually use the bitmap editor, so I can't really say. However, support for those who do.

I do not support a compatibility breaking change of removing it entirely (the automatic scaling wouldn't work when the four subpixels differ in transparency level). I do support making native resolution a submode of bitmap mode, so as to preserve compatibility. It would also be a sort of homage to Scratch 1.x which was pixel perfect all the way.
