I have no idea how to make collision sensing with velocity. First, I tried setting the velocity to 0 but it didn't work. Then I made a variable called “Touching Wall” and set it to left or right, if it was touching left or right, but that didn't work. The last thing I tried was a sensor sprite but, like the other attempts, it failed. Do you know how to do it, or at least how I could do it?

Is velocity the speed at which an object is moving?

if{touching ‘' }{
set ’velocity' to ‘0-velocity’

If the block don't work use ‘if ’touching ___'' set ‘velocity’ to ‘'0-’velocity'

Artists, feel free to draw good platformer stuff; sprites, power-ups, walls, floor, etc. programmers, feel free to create minigames.

I will be finding work now that I am back. Hopefully today I will come up with things for all of us to do.

Hey, I came up with this good idea that might make this more popular! Have you ever seen how many people want to start a collab but only 1-5 people join it; well, what would this look like if it was cloud gaming central! Meaning: We make many branches of cloud gaming; all with their own forum. And they all go into the final project! We could have multiple worlds, example, 1 world would be a platformer multiplayer, while another is a multiplayer “birds eye view” game! We could make it really cool! What do you say? Are we up for it or not? I'll quick whip up a simple voting system so we can vote on it.
