I was looking at ScratchX and it simply doesn't work. If I click any of the buttons that are supposed to open the editor, I just get an error in the console:

I don't think ScratchX works on any version of Linux. Idk why, but it works on Windows.

Hmm. I wonder why. I also wonder why I haven't heard anything about this before…

I guess I'll just have to use Windows then.

Just for proof that you're not alone, a very, very long time ago 3 weeks ago, I had a linux computer. I tried using ScratchX on that, and it didn't work. But I use Windows 7 now OK BYE!

I just installed Ubuntu Sunday evening / early Monday morning and Firefox came like that.

I've done some digging and apparently, Chromium runs ScratchX correctly. The error comes from an object called
Which appears to be an anonymous function. It might be something to do with Flash - Chromium may use a newer version of Pepper Flash that is compatible with the current version of Flash.

Is there anyone with a working Firefox ScratchX player that can provide us with their specs (the globe button)?
