Hi! Tazer19 here. I would really like an iPad/iPhone mobile kind of version, considering that most of the time I am on my iPad.
Suggestions

Make a Scratch app (that is really all you could do, because Adobe Flash does not work on iPad )

There actually was one when Scratch still used Squeak. It was taken down.

There actually was one when Scratch still used Squeak. It was taken down.

It still exists but you need a Mac and Xcode installed or you can install it on a jailbroken device. It lags and crashes too much though. You could try using Snap! instead though since it is made using HTML5 canvas.
