Workarounds to Commonly Suggested Blocks
So do I, I found scratch from my school. And they used scratch 1.4 whilst 2.0 was out.i remember, i still have scratch 1.4 offline editor on my computerforever if <> ::control cstart
end
Was a real thing before it was deemed unnecessary and removed in 2.0.
Am I the only one who remembers this?

No, I mean 2.0 was out, my school just wasn't using it. I downloaded scratch on my computer (for some reason I created an account, even though I was using the offline editor) with 2.0. Back then either vector wasn't out, or I didn't notice it. I think the second to top message was ‘2.0 is out!’ when I joined.

-snip-there is another workaround, the workaround is:switch costume to previous costume ::looks____________________
switch costume to ((costume #) - (1))
Please tell me if you have any other commonly suggested blocks with workarounds, and if any of the workarounds here are wrong.
Scratch Team, feel free to edit this and add or change any of these.
Link to wiki for some of these is here, but other ones came from other members of the community.
create a costume called “previous costume”
set a
switch costume to [ v]to use that costume.
delete the costume named “previous costume”
