Projects that contain horror-based elements that may be unsuitable for younger users are reportable. However, like FNAF, if you make a non-scary project about a scary topic that does not contain horror elements, then you may share it.

Yeah, I think that's a joke account. Why would you have severe mental issues and need hospitalization when you've saw something scary, unless it was severe and you were infected with post-traumatic stress disorder (thanks user who quoted my post)?

The user is probably a mother who joined Scratch to just make this post.

Sonic.exe is allowed if it's projects are not scary.

Sonic.exe is scary but the ST's opinion for FNAF is basically the same.
