Hopeful you understand this, but it's a 3rd person/1st Person roleplaying game with online, character selection, and a tutorial at the start of the game

I can make 3d and online games, but not from a 1st person view.

jim the expert: oh can you make a little 3d engine? is it made out of pen or sprites?
