Those joke languages (Meow and Edible Scratch) have been added due to the April Fools events that introduced them. For what reason would the Scratch Team add a joke language, other than that specific occasion?

Either way, Undertale is a pretty niche fandom, which means only a small amount of people actually play Undertale (as compared to the vast majority of Scratch), and therefore only a small amount of people will get why the new language is called “Temmie language”.

If you can't read that, then it just proves one of my points. Highlight down and to the right from here for legible English.

A leetspeak language could be entertaining for a while, but do we really need another joke language? And if people don't like the idea now, I doubt they will simply ignore it if it's ever officially implemented. Plus, as you can see, it could be really hard to read. No support.

I don't support, but just so you guys know, it's most likely not hard to add a new joke language - as long as they have the translations file (like a dictionary of a word/phrase key to the translated word/phrase), it's just a matter of dropping it in and probably changing a few things. It's not like it would take a long time.
