Set color to [] block.

It is not exactly
change [ color v] effect by (25)

But it's like this,
set color to [#ff0088]::looks

I suggest this because, I don't want to do this:
change [ color v] effect by (1)

//insert number of times// to get a certain color.

It's like the
set pen color to [#ff0088]
But with color and not pen.

I'm pretty sure that it changes the hue of all the colors of the costume relative to the difference of color between the specified color and the color red. It's pretty much the “set color effect to” block but with a color palette.
^^^^^ What it would do

Reason?

To OP: Semi-support. What part of the sprite would it color?

lolololololol

If this is what happens, no support.

change [color v] effect by (25)

and

set [color v] effect to (0)

They work well enough.

That isn't what it would do. I have full support.

The entire sprite, but not like:

I do not support.
I support because it IS a little annoying to go through the numbers to find the right hue. (Never tried but it probably is.)

this:

set color to [#ff0088]::looks
is not the same thing than this other:

set color effect to [#ff0088]::looks

This can help as using numbers for a color effect is sometimes confusing for new scratchers, when you can choose a color with the color palette it can then be more easier and less complicated.
