Have two language options: American English and English!
Plus - Americans don't speak English, they speak American!American isn't a language…
75% support. It's not that big of a deal, but it's just one extra language in the menu, increasing the total from 74 (yes, I counted) up to 75, but it'll also create more suggestions like this:SCRATCH NEEDS A CANADIAN ENGLISH OPTION OH AND WE NEED AUSTRALIAN ENGLISH WE ALREADY HAVE BRITISH ENGLISH SO WHY CANT WE HAVE THESE
I thought Canadians spell things the same way as Britons do.. As well as Australians? Forgive me if I'm wrong - I thought both of those countries follow either US English or UK English.

No support for separate language options, it is easy enough to understand as it is. (There are options for ‘normal’ and Brazilian Portuguese though - does anyone know how different they are from each other?)
Support for the timezones thing, although it should go by your location rather than language if possible. I thought it used to do that, but maybe it was just using UTC and I didn't realise because that's my time zone anyway.

The thing is, “Proper English” is the form you're used to hearing.

No support for separate language options, it is easy enough to understand as it is. (There are options for ‘normal’ and Brazilian Portuguese though - does anyone know how different they are from each other?)Brazilian person here, yes, both versions have some relevant differences, just like Britanic English and American English.
Though i don't quite agree with OP's definition of the language used by people from the US. It might be American English, but it IS still English, not “American”. And British English should not be called the “proper” usage of the English language, because each place has a way of speaking that idiom. Please do not put down other cultures by calling their language variants “improper”.
