Google Helpouts

A cool new product by Google that let's people learn or teach via video conference for free or at a price.

I think it's a really cool idea, and maybe I can teach stuff to people, or learn new stuff

I wish I could think of a talent I have that could be applied to Helpouts. I have an invite but I've yet to determine what I could offer.

I can't imagine that anyone learning Scratch has the money to spend. I also don't use Scratch all that much. You lot are likely to be far better than I am at it!

Maybe I could teach…Writing? But I have a childish high voice, which really isn't an appealing narrative.

Maybe Scratch tutorials? But nobody would want to pay the money for Scratch…Hum…Cooking? xD

With this, you can charge people money to join a hangout with you, and you can help them with things like music, computers, cooking, etc.

How did you get an invite?
I requested one as soon as I saw the service announced. A little while later I received one. Same deal for my old lady.
