Kirby Canvas Curse Review:

Let me just say this, I haven't played this game since I was 5 or 6 years old,but I still remember some of the gameplay and I don't have this game anymore. On with the review!

Instead of the normal platformer adventure you get out of Kirby games, Kirby has lost his legs and you have to use your stylus on the DS to make temporary platforms. As far as I got in the game back in the day, I remember only the beam power-up being in the game and no other power-up enemies from the plethora of power-ups there are throughout the series.
In the beginning of the game, a witch curses you and makes your legs disappear and you have to roll around, drawing temporary platforms to elevate yourself (you cant jump nor fly as high as you want, WHAT THE HECK, NINTENDO!!!).I think there are about 25 or more levels in the game.Playing this game for the first time AND it being the first Kirby game I've played, I thought it was a marvelous idea. Now, looking back, I noticed that this was an unnecessary stray from the series and many features are missing.Don't get me wrong, as a standalone game, I would give this game a 10, but considering the series' background, I don't think this game can really be considered a Kirby game.
The music was amazing from what I remember of it.The art style and detail was awesome, but gameplay is where it struggles, though. You can't experience the joy of inhaling enemies at all, because you're a ball, but you can still gat power-ups somehow (I forget), and you can't jump, but that's made up by the feature of the stylus. 8.5/10

Hope it helped you. Fast Fact: All the box art covers for the Kirby games (well, the majority of them) in everywhere except for Japan, Kirby had an angry look on his face and in Japan he was happy.

Oops, I finished the review but forgot to post it :x looks like im posting 2 articles for next issue I'd like to review Scott Pilgrim vs. The World next, i've been playing that a fair bit recently. Here's the one from last week:

Terraria 1.2 Update

The last update like this for Terraria was released almost 2 years ago! But now, it is finally here, the highly anticipated 1.2 Update! It was released on the 1st of October and adds a lot more gameplay and makes some parts less difficult.

First off, there are a few changes to all biomes. The first and most obvious one is water. When you are in a corruption biome, the water will be purple. If you are in a forest, it will be blue as normal, and in the hallow, it is light blue. There are also new types of trees that only spawn in cretain biomes, like pearlwood in the hallow and ebonwood in the corruption. In addition to all these new trees you can now craft wood and cactus armour, so it is not so difficult to get some early game protection now. Ever since the hallow was released in 1.1 people have been waiting eagerly for new biomes, and the new biomes in this update do not disappoint. The Crimson is a new type of corruption, which has a chance of replacing the corruption. It looks like a bloody wasteland, and has enemies like Face Monsters and Blood Crawlers and one of the new bosses, the Brain of Cthulu. There is now an underground snow biome, which contains more new enemies and interesting items, like the blizzard in a bottle, ice boomerang and the ice blade. Pyramids can now spawn in desert biomes, occasionally under the sand. In the pyramid you will find a chest with items exclusive to the pyramid in it. A new endgame biome called the Lihzahrd is the home of the last boss (At the moment) called the Golem. This boss is like a skeletron with a body that can't fly.

The four new bosses (Queen Bee, Brain of Cthulu, Plantera, Golem) all have styles that have not been done before, so it adds a lot more variety into the bosses. That's only a handful of the new features of Terraria 1.2 and there is so much I could go on for pages about items, armor and accessories, so you should see the changes for yourself, if you are a long time Terraformer or only just picking up the game you are sure to have a great time with this update. Enjoy building, scratchers!

EDIT: This isn't a review, is heavily opinionated IMO and has no rating because it's just explaining some new stuff.

Proposal for a Review
ThrillVille: Off The Rails
Thrillville is a game that is much like The Sims in the way that you can interact with other characters(NPCs). The game came out in October of 2007 as a sequel to “ThrillVille” which came out in 2006, according to the Wikipedia.

When the game starts, you select a character that you can re-design and name yourself.
Once that happens, you then become the manager of the theme parks that are owned by your uncle, Mortimer.
After this happens, it is up to you to build rides and stalls for the audience to ride, buy from, and use.
However, ThrillVille does have an enemy, - GloboJoy, a rival company with their own line of theme parks, so you have to keep your customers happy, excited, and well-taken care of, or else they'll go to GloboJoy's theme parks instead.
Perhaps one of the funnest parts of the game is that you can play mini-games. Every time you create a game or roller-coaster ride, you can go up to the ride and play the mini-game for it. While there are over 40 mini-games for other consoles, there is only 7 mini-games for the DS version.
ThrillVille has the usual joystick controls, but what makes the gameplay most exciting is that there are tons of real songs played while you play the game, such as Smile by Lilly Allen, Sunshine Girl by Britt Nicole, and Do What You Want by Ok Go.
Another fun part of the gameplay, is that with the option to interact with NPCs, you can form friendships and even relationships between two characters.
I would recommend this game to anybody, especially a younger audience.
The only thing that bothers me in this game is that the characters do look a little wacky, and the graphics aren't that good. Not to mention, sometimes you run out of things to do.
What is the games' score out of 10?
I would say 9/10

How to Defeat Kaos in Skylanders Giants:

Here you are on the last chapter of the game that is available without add-ons, and you FINALLY get lost. I'm going to give you a few tips on beating this chapter:

*Try to get one of your Skylanders (preferably Swarm) to level 15 before you encounter Kaos or in the middle of the level because his strongest attack deals 999 damage (I figured that out the hard way)

*Completely upgrade your Skylander

*Wear the best hat you have

*Use a giant

*Don't let the EPIC music distract you

Now here's the strategy: If you're using a giant, it's a lot easier.

In the parts where you're attacking his fist while trying to get away from the enemies that he spawns, just fight them all off then repeat the cycle of attacking Kaos in the fist and attacking enemies.
When you have to deal with the machine from Wilikin Village that shoots out damage and health, try to stay away from the machine when it deals damage and get in close when it gives health.
When you're attacking his head FTW (For The Win), if you're Swarm, go in to Swarm Form and do the hatchet move on him until he falls down and loses the Iron Fist of Arkus.

I hope you liked my guide to defeating Kaos and comment if you want to see more guides!

Okay, we do reviews for all areas of gaming from consoles to PC to IOS and Google Play. However no flash or freeware is done here. You can do articles or reviews and they are to be handed in each week with a deadline of Monday. But you can just do it every two weeks if you wish.

Just Dance 2014 Review:

1, 2, 3, 4, 2014! If you are wondering, this is NOT the 2014th installment in the Just Dance series (but there is a very high chance that I might be wrong). Just Dance 2014 has improved plenty from Just Dance 4. For example, Ubisoft got rid of the Wheel of Gifts…. or OVER 9,000! RAGE POWER and replaced it by putting the extra choreographies in the store with all the downloadable songs (the alternate versions of the choreographies don't cost real money except for one of them). Also, a new game mode called World Dancefloor lets you play online with the community and as of this writing, if the community gets about 11,000 more stars in World Dancefloor mode, then Ubisoft will unlock a new song (I think it will be We Can't Stop by Miley Cyrus). This online mode never lags and whenever it starts running slow, they decrease the quality of the graphics so you can still play without seeing the infamous “Waiting for Players…” screen, not that it exists in THIS game. This game actually does get the party started. The soundtrack is well picked and the graphics are amazing if the game is running fast. The only problem I have is how easy the achievements are SOOO easy to get. I literally got 5 achievements by doing my first song and by the end of the first day of me playing the game (yesterday), I earned 19 out of 46 achievements. 9.5/10

Megaman Zero Collection

Now, we all know Megaman, and we all know how revolutionary it was, and X perfected it. But then, Keiji Inafune thought up Megaman Zero, a handheld GBA series about Zero, from Megaman X. This game was, in all honesty, a enhanced and perfected Megaman X, with tons more features. The games were so popular, that they earned over 4 different remastered soundtracks.

So, Keiji decided to remake the series for the DS, with even better controls, and a remade soundtrack, this is that collection.

Gameplay

Easily the best gameplay of any Megaman series, ‘Zero takes on a faster, more nimble Megaman X approach, with a new mechanic, you now have access to the Z-Saber, which is very easy to control. Another new mechanic is “EX Skills”. These are obtained by beating a stage with an A Ranking, and then beating a boss while you have this ranking, giving you a new technique. You still have the buster, but you have to defeat enemies with it to access another new mechanic, “Leveling”. Leveling makes your weapon gain new combos, do more damage, and even charge faster.

This mechanic is amplified in ’Zero 2, with the introduction of “Forms”. These are unlocked by doing tasks, like defeating 20 enemies with the shield boomerang. However, Leveling is removed in 'Zero 3 and onward, your weapons have power immediately.

Graphics
This game looks great, the remaster did it well, the artwork that is unlocked by beating levels, or fighting bosses looks amazing, the group who made this game deserve a pat on the back. Everything is crisp and vibrant.

Music
Now, this is where Capcom excels, while the original Megaman was known for catchy songs, and X was cool, awesome stage themes, 'Zero has them cornered with battle fanfares. Just listen to This.

Bonus: Collection Value
For beating any game in the collection, one can obtain Mod-Cards for 'Zero 3, they were the original E-Cards for the game, they can change your Chat Window, your bullets, up your damage, make it snow, so on so forth.
And, every time you fight a boss, or equip a weapon, or enter a special room, you get the corresponding artwork, all of which, looks amazing.

My final thoughts:
Megaman Zero Collection is a great game, it excels at everything the original did, and does it even better.

Gameplay: 10/10
Presentation: 9/10
Soundtrack: 10/10
Bonus: 9/10
