For some reason I ship (this is fanon, but yet real history) IndoUK, and it is also a colony/colonizer ship. Other ships with Indonesia like IndoPan are also like that. Pretty sure that I saw an official sketch of Indonesia by Hidakez, So mabye later in World Twinkle.

I've never been that fond of incestuous ships, with perhaps the exception of Russia and Belarus (but even that I ship more in just a familial way). Come to think of it, I don't think I ship America with anyone romantically, but I do like familial AmeCan and platonic America/Japan (don't know its ship name).

America and Japan is ImmyPan, I think? >.< Not really sure… I think Hetalia is the only fandom where I ship incestuous ships, probably because, technically, everything is incest (PANGEA FTW).

I once made up a ship name for England and Russia: Chamomile Tea. Chamomile is the national flower of Russia, and I don't think I need to explain the tea part.
