Puffin app is $3.99 at iTunes. There is nothing 17+ about it. That's probably how old you have to be to buy something on iTunes.

You could ask your parent to download it and check it out to make sure it's okay for you to use.

I don't know why it's 17+. It's just a web browser. Maybe there is no parental control feature that prohibits certain sites. I don't know much about iPad. Does the default web browser for iPad have a parental control feature so your parent can prevent you from viewing certain sites? That might be why Puffin is rated 17+

Probably 17+ becuse you can go on inappropriate sites with it.

That is exactly what it said kinda cause it lists ALL the things you can do.

I don't know about iPads as I'm an Android man but the flash adapter works on my tablet. You can get this for the princely sum of free at the Adobe Flash Player.
