I think this should go in Requests, not Suggestions. This forum is for bringing your ideas to improve the Scratch website, not requesting someone to make a tutorial.

Meanwhile, a badge system needs to have project-specific coding for it to work. You can't have an achievement for baking a cake in a racing game, for example.
