Coding(1-10): 1 Because you did none and used an engine
Glitches(1-10): 10 None that I could find
Creativity(1-10): 8 because it's a remix, but otherwise it's a pretty cool Idea
Grammar(1-10): 0 There is none, unless you count the N&C/Instructions
What you think about their project(Your Professional opinion): The game has a lot of potential, the things I would add are a story, MORE LEVELS, and maybe powerups
What could be improved upon(The stuff the needs to be tweaked or worked on a bit): ^^

Graphics(1-10): 9 Excellent mix of Google Images and the Editor, though try sharpening some edges and then you'll be good

Glitches(1-10): 7 I found a few glitches such as once you got several rockets you never stopped.
Creativity(1-10): 10 I won't even take away anything because it was a remix(for a contest)
Grammar(1-10): 9.5 I found nothing(But was lazy)

Grammar(1-10): 8/10 I'll consider this spelling. You spelled “Requirements” wrong on that button. You also spelled “generally” wrong on the “requirements” slide. Those are the only grammatical/spelling issues though.
What you think about their project(Your Professional opinion): I think it's a great start! I do recommend adding more information, however.
What could be improved upon(The stuff the needs to be tweaked or worked on a bit): If you look at the accepted FPC apps, you'll see that they are stuffed full of info! You should add a “what I would curate” part, where you state the types of projects you would curate. You did do a bit of that in your “requirements” section, but it could use more. I also think you should expand upon the “why me” section. You don't give much info as to why you would be a great curator. Think about it this way: The Scratch Team has no idea who you are. You need to convince them, in one project, that you are a trustworthy Scratcher that won't put inappropriate projects on the front page. They are also looking at how dedicated you will be - if there isn't much effort put into your app, they won't pick you!
