2. Yes, I believe so.

3. If two members in the Board of Directors have a disagreement, I don't think that it really sets a good examples for the other members. The board of Directors are supposed to be mature and a good role model, right? So I think that the owner of the shop should ask them to please stop fighting in the shop, as it doesn't look good for the costumers.

Whoops! xD Problem is though, cloud data is problematic, and you can vote more than once, without complicated scripts. It would be easier to let people vote here, then put it into an Excel Spreadsheet. The project would take at least a few days.
