Access for camera and microphone.

Why does a scratch project that I'm currently making ask for access for my camera and my microphone? I'm pretty sure I don't have any scripts that use it and also, the screen changes ghost effect by about 20. Is this because I have not accepted it? Also, I would like that annoying “scratch.mit.edu is requesting access for your …” to go away. Please help me. Thanks.

You are right. It asks and it should not.

Try this. Make a copy of the project (using FILE menu option). See if making the copy fixes it.

If it doesn't, then start eliminating things from the copy until it no longer asks. The last thing you removed was the problem.

Thanks, it worked. And also, thanks for showing how to duplicate a project, I never knew that so I always just had to reprogram everything everytime.

You have a “repeat until” block with nothing in the condition slot, so it never stops repeating. Also your custom block storyslides is never used. Instead it is your backdrop script that is doing the work where you have another repeat until block for the space key.

i tried to fix it… but i need help on the fixing part. now the “click anywhere to continue” doesn't show up and the click space thing never seems to go away.
