Date(When you want it done): Submit it when you're done. Being rushed only makes a product bad (exhibit A: EA). I am fairly patient on these.
Style(Vector or Bitmap): Please do vector. But I kind of want some 3D look into it.
Miscellaneous: A game I am working on is Stealth Tech. I do want something to look like a man, a military soldier sneaking through a North Korean military base. The man has a beard and mustache like Big Boss from Metal Gear Solid V.
