A couple of things I'm going to mention…

1. Inactivity in the heirarchy. ~70% of the heirarchy is inactive, which really need sorted. I propose an all-call for members in the heirarchy, those that do not respond within a week are retired with immediate effect. The remaining members of the heirarchy would decide upon a new structure and/or new heirarchy members.

2. Inactivity in the registered shops. A lot of shops have registered with TSF, but there are few that actually contribute back. I suggest an all-call for shops, where a representative of each shop has to state the shops presence. Shops that do not get spoken for will be un-registered.
