Uhh, that gun looks fairly complicated. If you're okay with the fact that I won't get it in by tomorrow (which is actually today), I'll take this one on. I just have a few more questions for you before I can accept your order:
1. Roughly how big should this be? (I can't match up sizes down to the exact pixel, due to the tweaking that I do to the drawing while I'm making it)
2. I sketched out a few positions to help me get a better idea of what it should look like. If you don't want it in any of these positions, just tell me, and I'll sketch out a few more examples for you. (Sorry that the drawings are so awkward-looking, but like I said, they're very rough right now)
3. Seeing as I will not have this request done anytime in the immediate future, based on the complexity, how soon would you like this to be done? (I'm not sure if I will be able to work on it this weekend. My plans are very iffy at the moment, because my mother may or may not want me to go to her house for the weekend, and she has this unspoken no-computer policy at her house, sooo…)

Alright then, I'll do my best. It turns out that I will not have time to work on it this weekend, because I'm at my mom's house (and I'm not supposed to be on my computer… XP )
If you're using this in a Scratch project, though, you need to tell me that because I'll need to resize the finished picture for you. Scratch has a terrible resizing algorithm.

There's something screwy going on with my tablet, so there's no signature. I don't think it'll be much of a problem, considering the simpleness.
I'm sorry for taking so long to respond– I've been really busy today :P

I've actually finished your sig, but for whatever reason Tinypic isn't working. I've tried uploading the file seven or eight times and it gives me an error. Could you give me awhile longer? I need to sort some things out. :s

By the way… the initials of your collab spells out IRS, so be sure to make it clear that you don't demand any taxes
