If you can speak another language, you can write it

If you mean the special characters, people have specialized keyboards with the characters they need. (Or you could use Unicode…)

If you wish to participate in a conversation where you don't speak the language, you could use Google translate to help you, then post your reply both in your own language and with the automated translation. I recommend adding both languages, because automated translation can be very bad sometimes.
