Another skill is…. He can infect people with Dark Parasites, which turn them into evil Dark Beings. But, He can only send out 1 a night. His last skill… He lets off a Darkness aura, which, anyone close to him will feel immense fear, and will remember the most sad and horrifying things in the life. To the very weak minded, it can drive them insane.
Other info: He is very weak in the daytime. He is still somewhat powerful, but much more week. He fly. If he wants to retain his powers during the day, he has to stay in very dark places. Also, since he's a being if the dark, he doesn't age, but he can still die by the right means of course. He can also teleport, but only very short distances. Any farther than that, and he will not be able to use his powers for a week or 2. Tell me if anything needs changing.

Super Powers (if any): He has a wand which is magically embedded into him. He can pull it out through his arm.

Most powerful: Send a ray of pure magic and lightning approx. 4 inches wide at anything. Requires little charging and is his most powerful spell.
Shield: He powers up a shield that deflects elemental elements and acts as a 1 inch shield of metal. He can add charging to make it more powerful and it would take almost 20 minutes of preparation to turn it into a reflecting shield. He can store a shield for approx. 1 hour and can technically hold it up as long as he's charging it. Once max charged it'll get weaker over the course of an hour.
Teleportation: He can use his wand to teleport anywhere that is between 300 and 1000 ft away. It teleports him to a random place not in danger and requires three seconds of charging
Create: Turn a mountain or piece of earth into a small house/ shelter which he can use temporarily. The more he charges this (like charging for 10 minutes vs 1 minute) the nicer the shelter/ house.

He can send small balls of blue magic as artillery and his wand can control two translucent swords that fight for him. They have a range of 3 feet. He can enable or disable them at will.

He can also use a disarming spell that lasts for 15 seconds. If he's charged this up he can disarm them for longer. (up to 1 minute)

Other info: About the Disguises, he normally wears a blue robe, but he can with time disguise himself into other forms. So he could turn into James the Human, or Jack the Dwarf. It's not a super power, its just a normal disguise trick, but no one could really tell otherwise. He's skilled with that is all I'm saying, so he isn't limited to one character .

Classification: Whatever's right below legendary. Or maybe 2 below it
