LIST OF REJECTED SUGGESTIONS (READ BEFORE SUGGESTING ANYTHING)
Thanks for your suggestion, but it would fit better if you posted it in I would like to request that there be an option to change a previously created variable from “For this sprite only” to “For all sprites”. It would really help with one of the projects I am working on. a new topic. That way, your suggestion gets the attention it deserves. Thanks!
-Thanks for everything!

LIST OF REJECTED SUGGESTIONS (READ BEFORE SUGGESTING ANYTHING)
Alright, I've finally come to throw my suggestions out. Never able to do it before, but here we go:
-Sprite stretching: a block allowing to stretch/distort sprites. There was something like this in an early version of Scratch, but was removed and let to rot.
Example:
Example:
-MIDI support: allows uploading MIDI sequences into the editor. Would probably help alot with saving space in a project, keeping it under the 50MB limit.
-Better quality editor: a more swift editor, perhaps programmed in HTML5 if possible.
-Variable coordinates: allows the user to tell where a variable will be on-screen.
Example:
-Sprite stretching: a block allowing to stretch/distort sprites. There was something like this in an early version of Scratch, but was removed and let to rot.
Example:
stretch vertically (0) units
stretch horizontally (0) units-Sound pickup: a block that plays back a sound from a certain area.
Example:
play sound [ yeet v] at (1.11)

Example:
if <(backdrop name) = [This]> thenWell, that's pretty much it for now. Please fill me in on the possibility of any of these suggestions.
set [variable v] at x: (100) y: (0)
end
if <(backdrop name) = [That]> then
set [variable v] at x: (-100) y: (0)
end

I have a suggestion. It is pretty pointless, but you could display the time you have been on Scratch. It will reset after you leave the page. Like I said, it is pretty pointless unless you have a specific time to be on the computer. Thank you! Be free to quote if you think their are any problems :3. Have a WARRIOR-TASTIC DAY!!!

I think this has been officially rejected, so could you please also add this? Credit to @joshuaho.This may end up getting rejected (sorry if this is unneccesary).Also21. Sharing projects privately
It is important that everyone can view a project, so inappropriate content can be reported.
22. Charging real money/in-project micropayments
If someone could charge real money to run a script, it would limit the access of some people to Scratch. Also, this would be a very complicated aspect of Scratch, but it would not teach learning Scratchers/New Scratchers any more.
23. Less scary alerts
It has been decided that alerts are okay the way they are.
24. Stopping banning impersonating joke accounts
Impersonation is not permitted on Scratch. Scratch does not allow any joke accounts. Impersonation jokes go too far for jokes within Scratch.
25. Setting a limit to how many times the same comment can be reported
This isn't a big problem. It is rare for several people to report the same comment, and it's never hard to deal with.26. Increasing limits of FPC actionsThis may not have been suggested multiple times, but I just wanted to point this out.We intentionally give control of the the Curated Projects row to the Curator with very little restriction so that they can put up projects that express what they like about Scratch. Of course, it is important that Curators do this while abiding by the Community Guidelines - which ask that everyone be honest and help keep the site friendly. If you think that a Curator's actions are working against those principles, please use the Contact Us button to let the Scratch Team know.27. Facepalm emoji
A facepalm emoji has only bad uses. Self-deprecation is basically the only thing this would be used for besides misusing it for bad comments.

28. Enabling users to block other users so that any comments or messages from those users to them would be deleted
In other words, bringing back the Ignore List. The Ignore List was removed because it doesn't help much to solve problems because it wouldn't notify the ST for the comments, it would just hide them. A better way to solve this type of problem would be to simply report the comment so that the ST can handle it. This would make moderation of the site easier as well as keeping things polite.

16. Digital currency
Digital currency might be cool for some Scratchers but can cause problems such as competition and not focusing on Scratch's purpose. Scratch itself is not a game.
Edit post
Also, you should mention IAPs on projects. Some people have suggested it, so I thought it was worth mentioning.

I was thinking maybe a “insert ___ block” block? Idk, but maybe. Also, maybe a randomize button? Again, idk, but I would hope that this is possible, since I am guessing the actual blocks that we use have codes that are basically “insert ___ code” codes, and there is the “pick random __-__” block and “last letter of ___” so you could use “insert ___ code” to the insert block…but that would require some extra programming to select the block…again, idk… and for randomize its probably "repeat until project = shared: open pick random to last project in recently shared"…if there is such a thing…IDK, I'm just putting it in the only code I understand: Scratch!
Anyhow, hope you'll consider!

Has that been suggested frequently, or just by a few users? Add the previous costume block.
I remember on 1.4 I modded that block in.. ah the good old days haha

13. A 13+ version of the websiteI disagree with the stance on this.
Scratch is designed for all ages, and dividing the community would not really help anybody.
You can really have shared 13+ projects, and shared FE projects, and only one account for that, by simply making it all 1 website, but putting restrictions to viewing on a few projects.
I would like this further in depth, and an explanation if my suggestion will not be accepted.
