I just made a project that is gonna play touhou Ten desires stage 3 music but it gives me nothing when I download it into scratch. My browser / operating system: Windows 8.1, Chrome 46.0.2490.86, Flash 19.0 (release 0)

MPEG-4 is not an audio file, it's a video file and no, Scratch does not support it.

The audio file is MP3 and that's what Scratch supports (along with WAV files).

But do you know somewhere where I can get it?

Convert the video to an MP3 file if possible.

Everyone has that on their screen I guess.
