Minecraft: HEROBRINE!? (mysterious voice)

That's a boulder. The sign was either made by him while you weren't looking, or some troll managed to join and make one.

Herobrine was probably a player in a herobrine skin. Was it a multiplayer world?
The sound was probably an ambient sound. They play from areas where there is no sunlight. Some of them are creepy, and can be mistaken for herobrine sounds.

Hey dude that sound is the ambience sounds. That plays a lot, if you hate it, turn off the ambient/environment sounds.
