I have to side with HardClaw57- It may count as poetry, but I doubt it can count as expert poetry. Sorry, towerspine345, but I'm sure I could come up with bette poetry if I wanted to. And what makes you think we're going to have a competition? The ST has not agreed to this, and I highly doubt they will, as we have absolutely no need for an official poet or anything of the sort other than making a certain user popular, which is not what Scratch is about.

If people want to host competitions for poetry, that's perfectly fine; it's when the admins gets to declare the winners that people become envious (because let's face it, who wouldn't be a little ticked off that a few people get to elect “important” users?).

As per Facebook, I found this, but I doubt this has to do with an actual Facebook-approved official poet, as there is no information, text, or posts here, and it lacks popularity and likes.

Come on, I'm smarter than that. Why would an official poet ever be top secret, and why would you know about it if it is top secret? And if it is top secret, then why did you even post about it online where all of the world can see it? Because that means it's no longer a secret. And why would those sites even have an official poet in the first place, secret or not?
