I thought about Instagiffer, but, I don't think you might accept it either.

Lol I meant downtime. Gwiddle is moving away from Azure soonI agree. Microsoft Azure is expensive. They don't have any source of income and there's no such thing as free lunch.I for one do. And Gwiddle will die.^ The github.io web hosting is a lifesaver for people who just want a quick webpage with some basic stuff on it, like a project webpage or a portfolio. Love ittttt
Or people who want their homepage to stay up even if gwiddle dies

Regarding the actual cause of the issue: Yes, Azure has awful support. However, we are currently utilising a cloud services grant from Microsoft. We'll be looking at alternative providers once the grant has expired.https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/1600104/

To clear up any confusion here - we do not, in fact, pay for our hosting. As I have said previously, we have a cloud services grant valid for the next two years from Microsoft - we pay for the domain, SSL certificates and other miscellaneous running costs, Microsoft provides the hosting.
We've been running for 9 months and we're not looking at stopping any time soon. We have sufficient savings to run Gwiddle for a few months if we find that there's a problem, which will give us a sufficient timeframe to move our services elsewhere.
A final disclaimer - the past two downtimes were due to DDOS attacks, as clearly there are some people in this world that obviously have nothing better to do with their lives.
The first downtime was extended, and as we have previously admitted it was not appropriate for a service that is so heavily used by members of the Scratch community. We noted our mistakes, and successes, to ensure the next time would not yield such a bad result. The second downtime was resolved within 30 minutes, and we're continuing to implement measures to ensure that our uptime can remain at a high percentage, so ultimately, you guys - our users, can have minimal interruption.
Gwiddle is entirely a non-profit organisation - it operates solely on the generosity and responsibility of it's users. We volunteer to run this out of our personal time - we are not aiming to profit. As long as we have the support and time, we intend to run Gwiddle - there is no questioning that.
Finally, If you wish to query about the costs of operating Gwiddle, forecast spending, etcetc, please email us. False information helps nobody!

I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to. MySQL in it's common application is free software (not including enterprise)
EDIT: Realised you were referring to the OP. Sorry

Although sublime text is great, you must buy a license to continue using it.

This is false. You may continue to use Sublime Text for as long as you wish without buying a license. Just press cancel (or escape) when the dialog to get a license is shown. Although sublime text is great, you must buy a license to continue using it.
