Unnoticed Scratchers Box On The Front Page - Random Project Button

I know that this may've been suggested before, but I'll give it a shot.
UNNOTICED SCRATCHERS BOX
Well, I know from experience (and I'm still not outrageously popular now) that being unnoticed on Scratch is rather depressing. Unless you make something absolutely AMAZING, then you're not going to get noticed, and if so, just barely. Now, if there was just a box that would show people unpopular Scratchers or their projects in a row below the Featured box, then I think whoever that sat in that box would be pretty happy. I know I would. Now, I know how this may seem.
[b]But how will they choose the unpopular people? If nobody knows who they were, then why would anyone ever suggest that they'd be in the Unpopular Projects box?
Now this can be simply resolved by a robot that picks out Scratchers who have under 5 followers, and just placing them into the box. And, for the Unpopular Projects section, it could be the same. Have the robot pick out projects that have under 20 views. This could get more people more confident if everyone starts watching their projects. This may even get more Scratchers to come back to our lovely home of Scratch.

I have new info based on things that have popped up in the posts.
1, I know Scratch isn't about popularity, but as the first poster who came on this forum said, though Scratch isn't about popularity, EVERYONE knows what it's like to be left unnoticed, even if you didn't work very hard.
2.If you see the VERY occasional, like, 10000000 to 0.00001 chance that you'll see one innapropriate project, report it and it'll be one less bad project littering Scratch. Most likely by the title or thumbnail, you can probably tell if it's an inappropriate project, as the person who made it probably isn't intelligent.
3. I will be trying to contact the Scratch team, hopefully Paddle2See, because all of these suggestions had some gaps, even the ones that got added. They will help me with these problems, such as what projects and Scratchers will be nominated and how they'll be nominated.
4. This one is the most important: EVEN IF YOU DISAGREE, THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO USE IT, BUT DON'T BE RUDE, THIS IS DISCUSSING, NOT DISCRIMINATING. THIS IS FOR OPINIONS, AND THEY MUST BE RESPECTED OR THIS POST WILL BE TAKEN DOWN COMPLETELY.

RANDOM PROJECT BOX
Now, I don't see anything wrong with this, as it's somewhat just like the Unpopular Scratchers/Projects row. Chances are, someone will view either a fantastic project and give it more support, or find another project that's just as good that has way more views.
I think that this would be a great way to get more things suggested for the Featured box, ad serve the same purpose as the Unpopular row. Please implement this, and if you've read this far, I apologize for making you read so much. ^_^ Have a good one!
Note: -READ THE OTHER POSTS BEFORE POSTING, AS MANY PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN REPEATED AND SOLVED-
-Another note XD- I don't know why there's so many views on this post (602 as of right now), and I'm not sure how many of these people are supporters. But, nonetheless, THANKS!
Maybe I'll start advertising my series here… >:-0 you like? I call it the, “THIS IS SPARTAAAAA!!!” emoji,

Semi-support for the Unpopular Projects row. Scratch is not about popularity, but I know how it feels to not get feedback on my projects.

Also semi-support for the Random Project box.

I think that it should be projects with less than 66 views because getting like 32 views isn't alot.

Support. Although the number of max followers should go up to maybe 15 and the number of views should be around 50, since 20 is tiny.

Support if you change “Unpopular” to something less ‘negative’.
Support for random too.

No support for Unpopular Scratchers.
  • Scratch isn't about popularity.
  • Besides, it's pretty likely said Scratchers- if they're even Scratchers at all, are either users with low-quality projects, filler, or spammers.
  • Plus, most are probably inactive.
  • Why would anyone want to view projects like these?
Same for Random Projects, it's probably going to go down like:
Spam/One Useless Script/4-Year-Old Art

In my book, I'd pretty much put on the pixel sun glasses and say deal, because so what if you get the occasional spam or low-quality, it's called Imagine Program, Share. And, this website is now used for the ‘tech’ curriculum, so if people do it in school, they're probably not going to put much time or effort. BUT, like the very first episode of RTW (Rise, The Weak) I didn't put very much effort into that, either. So, it didn't get very much popularity, yes. But then again, I get a lot of support as I try to go on, and that results in confidence boost, which initially results in me making better projects. This is where the Imagine part comes in. You can have the lowest quality animation in the world, but still have the best story. This way, you can imagine while reading this, what's going on. I mean really, who can ACTUALLY read cave art? It still has amazing stories, but then some people just simply pass them by and don't put any effort in to try and comprehend it. This is where the Unpopular box and the Random box comes in.
And I don't know if you clued in,
Scratchers- if they're even Scratchers at all,
who else is on Scratch that's not a Scratcher? Yes, a New Scratcher can post comments and such, but they still can't post these low-quality projects as you speak of.
And like the first poster on this forum,
Though Scratch isn't about popularity, I know how it feels pretty bad when you don't get any support.
And, what does it matter if they're inactive? You can still watch the projects, and you can still give them support because you don't know when they could pop right back on.

No support! Too many users meet the requirements, it wouldn't help much of anybody.

I'm not sure if you read the other replies, but this problem has already been resolved.

Yes, but if this existed, almost nobody would have to meet these requirements.
And, are you suggesting that, because so many people meet these requirements, that only a tiny percentage of Scratch should get recognition? That's just cruel, man.

That's what the newest projects box is for.

I guess it wouldn't kill them to add a random projects box, though

I guess it's somewhat the same.
Yes, the newest projects box still has really popular things in there. So, the only way to make the Newest Projects box better would be to make sure that the projects aren't popular.

No support for either, scratch isn't about popularity, and you said so yourself that it's like the recently shared, so why do we need it?

MY GOODNESS PEOPLE XD look at the other posts! The first thing you said was, “Scratch isn't about popularity” this problem has been resolved already by the first person who posted on this! And two, I siad it's somewhat like the recently shared box. Look at that post that you're quoting me from again. Read over my reason DIRECTLY after that.
