Well, OK! I'd like to contribute to the Slovakian Scratch Wiki.

Edit: Someone added me as Slovenian; Slovakian is not Slovenian. see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slovakia for proof.
That's my fault. I think what happened is that when I went to add you, I saw Slovenian and thought you had volunteered to make a Slovenian wiki.

Hopefully I fixed the issue now.

@Everyone else:
Added!

Can one wiki be translated now even though it still needs one more user?

Not really. Lacking one user shows that the Wiki in question doesn't have enough support to have a chance of becoming anything. Some of the newly established Wiki's have had some real trouble starting up, and that's with 4 (or more) users contributing.

@peelo:
I'll add you in a moment!

@Fillipion Scratch Wiki:
You reached the 4 member mark to be able to start a Scratch Wiki! Neat!

Before we move onto step two of making your Filipino Scratch Wiki, I'll check in with everyone that they are still active&want to help, and I'll also have to check in with @MartinWollenweber (due to some possible future policy changes).

Edit: Do any of you have MediaWiki experience? Being a member of the English Scratch Wiki should count.

@every volunteer:
New update!

The DACH wiki is working on setting up a new system for handling new language wiki requests. As in:

A Test Wiki will be set up. The Test Wiki will host multiple “start-up” language wikis. If a “start up” language wiki becomes large enough, they will get their own official wiki website.

For now, the Test Wiki is still being worked on and set up. Once everything is set up, I will message every volunteer to let them now.

Cool! So that means that all the wikis on the main post will be set up?

On the Test Wiki, yes. It should be neat to see so many wikis!

I'd fancy doing Scots.
Anybody fancy it, or is it just me who knows the slang?

When was it done? We COULD make a new one if needed.

Unfortunately we ran into some technical problems, so it might take a while :\

It was never started.

I recommend that you translate Scratch itself first and then the important bits on the website - that's already a lot of work.

Actually, nope. From this project, several Scratch-Wiki's had been made (e.g. Russian, Dutch, Hungarian). The Incubator had been running for a while, with some technical problems. Since I am not really (technically) involved in the incubator, I can not really confirm this however.

I do recommend this, though ^^^

@-Colorfully- & @WazzuRocks:
Ops, it seems I missed you two. I added you to the lists!

@Two_Headed_Dragon:
I will bring this up again at the next scratch club meeting to see if things are prepared enough for people to come on. :-)

Happy new years!

The Hungarian and Dutch wikis still need logos. Can anyone submit some logos?
