Two can edit at a time
A couple things-
- If this is possible while the project is unshared, then people could use it to PM, which is rejected by the stickies. So the project has to be shared before collabing.
- The editor would require a large rewrite to allow multiple people to work at the same time.

It could be used for a lot worse things than PMing. But I'm not so sure about the rewrite! A couple things-So semi-support overall.

Potentially PMing, and a huge rewrite on the editor.
So no support per the reasons above
(Also, this is a duplicate)

Like what? And I'm pretty sure the rewrite part is true- try editing a scratch project from two windows at a time, making different changes in each. Save one, then save the other. Then close both windows and reopen the project. What do you see? Only the version that was saved last. The editor would require changes in order for both windows to keep in sync with each other so that they're not overwriting each other's data constantly, but instead are combining their data.It could be used for a lot worse things than PMing. This has been suggested many, many times and won't happen. The potential for trolling and bullying is just too great.

Yeah, for the above reasons, we're pretty hesitant to implement something like this. We do, of course want to improve collaboration features, so if you have an idea that doesn't bring up concerns about private communication, please suggest it.
This one, however, probably won't be happening. Sorry.
