A thumbs up emoji (100% Support so far!)

I would like a Thumbs up emoji! I think it would be like :Thumbsup: People could use it as sarcasm, but THAT is what the report button is for! I think it would be nice for mainly the Show and Tell section to tell people they did a good job like

That's because the existing emojis are like _meow_ _gobo_ _waffle_ etc.
