Create a filter that blocks emoticon/exclamation mark spamming

I guess that could work, yes. Although, you know people could just mess with the system by adding a character in between like so:

But the main offenders are New Scratchers, not people who intend to spam.

Totally support. It really stings to see these kind of spam, and I don't have time to report every single offender. (Welp, that gives me an idea. A bot that reports stuff..? But I bet that the Scratch Team would really discourage it)

I don't think it really matters for signatures. I could completely fill my siggy with emojis- I might get a couple weird looks, but overall, no one's gonna care.
