Hello! My name is Delta Dragon, and I am here to share with you guys my collaboration, which I have entitled Delta Squad Collaborations inc., or Delta inc. for short. I am a part of the Treasures Opened Collaboration, and am ready to try to direct my own projects here.

Rules:
For leader/co-leader:
You may accept anyone into the collab as you wish.
If the co-leader(s) disagree with the leader, they may veto what they wish.
For head programmer/artist:
You may assign stuff to those you are in charge of, but if they really don't want to do something, don't make them.
The Co-Leader/Leader can veto what you say
For members:
If 2/3 of you disagree with what someone higher up than you are you can veto a decision.
Warning system:
If the head of your department feels it is necessary to warn you for behavior, inactivity, or not getting stuff done, they may. After a warning, they can refer to a Leader/Co-Leader to put you on leave
Warnings are written, and must follow this format:
<Person to be warned's name>, it has come to my attention that you <reason for warning>, and you are being warned. Failure to heed this warning may lead to the Leader/Co-Leader to place you on leave. Please take care to pay attention to these problems. Thanks.
What is a leave: Leave is when you are placed in-active for a certain amount of time and may not participate in the collaboration. Length of leaves follow this rule
1st leave: 1 day
2nd leave: 3 days
3rd leave: 1 week
4th leave: 2 weeks
5th leave: permanent suspension from the collaboration.
Extreme situations may cause a leader/co-leader to advance to a higher degree of punishment if necessary, but at least 1/2 of leader/co-leaders must agree on the escalation.

Under this contract, I request:
1. All members of Pittsburgh Penguins Collab, Inc. are members of Delta Squad Collabs, Inc. and vice versa.
2. All members of both groups will have a voice in programming, game design, adverts, etc.
3. We can have both separate and group projects.
4. Positions are the same, in BOTH groups. If one has promoted a member, the other will promote a member as the leader sees fit.
