There was a exe maker for 1.4 but not for 2.

yes, I used ChirpCompiler to *.sb convert to *.exe, but it's not work for sb2,,,,,That's my question~~

It isn't ridiculous, I have a .sb2 to .hta (HTML Application) converter.
(Only works on Windows, though)

It is possible. I have a topic based on it here.

Most Scratch 2 features are in Snap, so you can use Snapin8r2 to convert Scratch to Snap, and then use Snapp to turn it into an executable (NOTE: I haven't tested this yet).
