Updates! October 26, 2015

Hi everyone,

Today, we are launching the first of many upgrades to the look and feel of the Scratch website. Before today, it took a lot of work for our servers to run Scratch. Now, a lot of that work is happening in the delivery of the content, rather than by our servers. This means that Scratch should start to load and run faster.

Separately, we are beginning to update the design of the website so that it’s easier to use. You might have noticed we have released a new navigation bar (at the top of the homepage screen) - and it will soon appear elsewhere on the site. We have a lot of other changes up our sleeves, so keep on the lookout for more changes in the next few months!

ps. It may take a few hours before you see the updated homepage!

Have just seen the updated home page. I feel it is good in it's own respect, but I feel that the old one was more appropriate for what Scratch is
