It's ALWAYS slow on my Ubuntu laptop. If there's any kind of graphic effect repeated, or movement, then it becomes so slow it crashes my browser.

Sounds great! This lag is tricky…

I am glad you guys are working on it. I tried the new player and noticed some improvements over the default player on project pages. I really don't like the lack of full screen in the new, beta version of the player. I made the unfortunate mistake of making a school project in Scratch 2.0, and it will not run smoothly on the slow, underpowered school computers (a huge chunk of my grade comes from if the project will even run). My grade will suffer for my fateful decision to give v2.0 a chance…

Well, since I'm used to it, at least my projects will be “faster” when it's fixed!

But, seriously, there's pixel-benders as well as air-, fire-, earth-, and water-benders? Wow.

All i can say is WOW adobe… This is ridiculous!
Now you can wave flash goodbye because adobe is sending a pretty clear message now.

Flash died ages ago when iOS dropped support for it in favor of HTML5.
