Scratch Wiki in Your Native Language
On the wiki (specifically DACH-Scratch Wiki) we are interested in setting up wikis in other languages. If you are interested in helping with translations and setting up the wiki, please post below with what language(s) you speak and why you want to help. Our DACH-Scratch Wiki Team will gladly help you get started on the right foot.
Requirements:
*Must speak English and at least one other language (language must be real)
*Must be able to translate well in their other language(s)
Preferred:
*Have some experience with Mediawiki and wikis (so you know how to edit, we can teach you if need be)
*Know lots about Scratch (so instead of plagiarism we have originality)

Please contact Martin Wollenweber at info@scratch-dach.info with the usernames of 4 or more users who are interested in helping to create a wiki in your native language.
Please no Google Translate! You must really know how to speak English and the other language(s)! Google Translate can only be used for only a few words if needed.
Anyone who speaks other languages, if you could translate this text and post it below that would be nice.

I want to, but it seems that I'm too lazy
After I gain supporters for Indonesia Forums, I think WE could think twice. Thanks for giving the good news!

Hi! I can help translate into Portuguese (Portugal).
(I do speak English and Portuguese (Portugal), I have a lot of experience translating software related stuff, I've been using Mediawiki for years and occasionally edit Wikipedia, and I know quite a bit about Scratch.)

Can i join to be an Indonesia Translator, because i have translate few things on the translatation serverIf you want to translate for Indonesia, then it's really simple. Just register on this website here, and you can start. If you're wondering, the website that I just linked to is the one that handles all of the translation business of Scratch.
By the way, I recommend that you visit this article for a quick review: Translating Scratch (Wiki)
Well, good luck with any translations that you have!
With luck,

I figured that out after I posted; I don't always like to complete wipe my post to make it correct though, which is why it's still there. Now that I reflect, I probably should've just replaced my comment. By the way, since Curiouscrab's mysteriously left Scratch, I'm thinking of reposting this so that it can still be run. Yeah, sounds reasonable. Actually atm. the german wiki is working together with a netherlands wiki that is currently beeing set up, that might be some news that should be mentioned in a thread like this…I figured that out after I posted; I don't always like to complete wipe my post to make it correct though, which is why it's still there. To say, I just reposted this topic, and I added in a little announcement at the bottom about the Netherlands wiki. I hope I added the right contact link in it; could you look?I figured that out after I posted; I don't always like to complete wipe my post to make it correct though, which is why it's still there.
