I need some quick help. I have a YouTube channel for video games, and I found some interesting games on Scratch. With permission from the person who created the game, could I use it in my video and still monetize it? Or does this break terms of use with Scratch?

Why not read the ToU itself?
AFAIK no since the game still has the CC license applied to them. If you want to monetize, you need to contact the ST.

ST=Scratch Team=Admins=They run the site

You can contact them with the “Contact Us” button or comment on one of there profiles. A list is available on the Scratch Wiki .

First of all, please don't necropost. This thread was old and already resolved. Secondly, as long as you don't share your project it isn't under the creative commons license, and the ST has given the ok for you to sell your unshared projects. I don't see why monetizing them on youtube would be any different.
